Why donate to the Carlo Rossini Memorial Diabetes Foundation?
- Thousands of people in Chatham-Kent have Type 1 or Type diabetes and cannot afford the basic items, services or medicines to deal with it on a daily basis.
- Your donation goes directly to helping someone in Chatham-Kent deal with diabetes.
- There is a need that can be filled by any budget.
- The Foundation works in close co-operation with the Canadian Diabetes Association and the diabetes professionals at Chatham-Kent Health Alliance.
- No money goes toward administrative salaries. All labour is done on a volunteer basis.
- The Foundation is a registered charity filed with Revenue Canada. All donations over $10 receive a charitable tax receipt.
How to make a Donation
Make an online donation through CanadaHelps.org. Online donation exceeding $10.00 will immediately have a tax reciept sent to the email address provided.
You may also mail your donation to P.O. Box 20036, Chatham, ON N7L 5K6. Be sure to include the following information along with your cheque:
- Your name and address
- Special instructions regarding the donation (ie. In memory of or In honour of)
